Shipping, Processing & Pickup

All items at Faith In All Things are thoughtfully pressed and prepared to order. This allows each piece to be created with care while helping us maintain a peaceful and intentional production process.

Weekly Order & Production Schedule

Orders placed by Tuesday each week will move into that week’s production schedule.

Orders placed after Tuesday will roll into the following production week.

Local Pickup

Local pickup orders will typically be ready the following Wednesday after your order week is completed.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup along with pickup instructions and timing details.

Shipping

Shipped orders will typically be processed and sent out after production is completed. Shipping transit times vary based on location and carrier.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Please note:
Production timelines may occasionally extend during launches, holidays, preorder events, or high-volume seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most items are custom made-to-order products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo or video of the issue so we can review it and do our best to make it right.

Digital products, including digital devotionals and downloads, are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return review, items must be:

• unworn

• unused

• in original condition

• free from detergent or fabric softener scents

• accompanied by proof of purchase or email confirmation

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time from your financial institution if applicable.
